Hey GodDaughter!!!

As you complete another important milestone in your career, I am happy to sit back and appreciate all the efforts you have taken and the amazing results that you have achieved.

I am seriously happy, though not surprised, coz I know what my GodDaughter is capable of achieving, at the stage where you have reached in life at such a young age.

The Balance that you have, the depth at which you think, the all-round thought that you put in is sincerely simply unheard of at such a tender stage of your career.

I would like you to take a fresh guard again at this juncture and see how we can enjoy what we have achieved and what are the small corrections that we need to do.

One important change I guess we need to do is to enjoy our work and the company that we have. HE definitely has a reason why he has given us such good people to work around with. Each one of us has a shortcoming(s), we are not perfect in everything. What we need to work on is how we can learn from the best that each person has and appreciate the fact that there are a few things which can be overlooked. How can we ignore these and still ensure that we share a good equation with each one. Fortunately we do not carry anything with us, so why carry difficult feelings which makes it heavy only for us.

Where we need to, let us work on changing our close and loved ones. But where we cannot, let us simply accept and find the best in them, appreciate and imbibe. And also with the closed ones let us work on changing the habits not the person. We love the person, and hate the habit. Let us ensure and work so that the reverse is not true. Let it be unconditional Love, Love from deep in the heart where we see only the clean feelings and deeds that the loved ones have for us. If there are some shortcomings, they should not work us up.

Sorry I did not have this on mind to write on this occasion. Let me stop on this and maybe write more about it on some other day.
